At Mohit Bakery, we take pride in the quality of our products. Since our items are freshly baked, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
If you receive a product that is damaged, stale, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as our products are made fresh to order.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Customized cakes and special order items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. Perishable items that have been consumed cannot be returned.
